About this notice
L&K Tech Studio operates lktechstudio.com and seatnote.lktechstudio.com. This notice covers these informational websites and enquiries sent to lktechstudio@gmail.com. SeatNote is in development; these sites do not accept restaurant accounts, guest bookings or payments.
Information when you visit
Cloudflare hosts and protects these sites. Delivering pages and preventing abuse can involve technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and connection details. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. Your language choice is part of the URL.
When you email us
If you choose to email us, we receive your email address, message and anything you include. We use this information to answer your enquiry and discuss early access if requested. Contact links open your own email app; clicking a link does not automatically send a message or subscribe you to marketing. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details or guest records.
Service providers and retention
We use Cloudflare for hosting and security, and Gmail for correspondence. These providers may process information outside your country under their own policies. We do not sell enquiry information. We keep correspondence as needed to handle enquiries and related follow-up, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements; provider logs follow provider retention practices.
Your choices and requests
Email lktechstudio@gmail.com to ask about information you have shared, request correction or deletion, or tell us to stop early-access follow-up. We may need to verify that a request comes from the person concerned. Applicable legal requirements may affect what can be deleted.
The future App and changes
App accounts, restaurant guest data, subscriptions and messaging will be covered by separate service documents before that service opens. The screenshots here contain sample guests. We will update this notice when these website practices change and show the revision date above.
